Wholesale availability

Custom and personalized orders

Most items can be customized with simple personalization and we welcome inquiries! Substantial changes may not be possible or may require a design fee. Please convo us if you have any questions about a particular item.

Processing times - retail orders

All items are made to order.

Most paper goods ship within 1-3 business days of payment. Other items take longer to produce so please make note of the shipping date on your order.

If your items contain any customization, your order will take longer due to the additional time involved.

Greeting cards ship separate from non-paper goods, which ship direct from our manufacturing partners.

Tracking - domestic - retail orders

Domestic orders ship with tracking & insurance.

Single cards ship via USPS First Class Mail. Orders of 2+ cards ship via USPS Priority.

Mugs & phone cases ship via USPS Priority Mail. All other items ship via First Class or Priority Mail. Faster shipping is available for most items & may be selected during checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible when the address on your order is incorrect & your package is delivered to the wrong address.

Tracking isn't always updated at every stage & doesn't always show the most current location of your package.

Tracking - international - retail orders

Greeting cards ship WITHOUT tracking or insurance. If you'd like to add these services, please convo before placing your order so we can determine the cost for your destination. We're not responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed during transit.

Non-paper goods generally ship with tracking & insurance. If you're unsure whether these are included in the standard shipping fee, please convo us before placing your order.

We do not ship to the Middle East.

Refund policy - retail orders

All sales are final.

We do not give refunds for items damaged, delayed or lost in the mail. For orders with insurance, claims may be filed directly with USPS by providing necessary proof.

We do not give refunds if your shipping address is wrong and the USPS delivers to the wrong address. Please contact us to provide the correct address before your order ships.

We do not give refunds because you changed your mind after committing to your purchase. As a small business, these are costly and unsustainable business practices. Thank you for understanding and supporting small business practices.

All items are made to order and as such, we cannot provide cancellations.

Holidays - retail orders

We're closed on U.S. holidays to enjoy time with family. The USPS is also closed on holidays. If you order on or near a holiday and receipt of your item is time sensitive, please take this into account and allow additional time.

If your order ships shortly before a holiday, note that tracking will not be updated on the holiday. We are not responsible for this or any delays due to USPS postal holidays.

Hours of operation

Hours of operation are 9a-5p PT, Monday through Friday. If you message us outside of normal business hours on weekday evenings, weekends or holidays, we may not be available to respond until the next business day.

VAT

Our mug and tote manufacturing partner has recently opened a facility in the EU and as such, we are required to collect VAT on mugs and totes shipped to EU countries. VAT is required to be collected on both the item and the shipping fee. The total shipping price charged on your order includes those VAT fees.
